Kennedy, who died 42 years ago to the day. Bono brings a young girl on stage during Mysterious Ways and gives her a piggy-back ride. Stuck In a Moment is dedicated to Michael Hutchence on the 8th anniversary of his death. Patti Smith joins the band for Instant Karma again tonight, but the concert comes to an abrupt end at the end of the song. Bono leads Smith off-stage, Edge follows while still playing the song, then Adam leaves. They come back out and sing another chorus before everyone leaves again. The lights come on and the show is over, even though two more songs are on the printed setlist. Some fans at the show say Smith looked like she was feeling ill on stage.
