This was a very good gig with a break in the rain helping the whole atmosphere. The new album holds up well live and listening to it afterwards as I have thought since release grows on you .A bit disappointed with the round as at the back did not get much of a participation effect. Having seen U2 many times since early 80s thought better than Popmart as the mix of material great all three recent albums material done well .However for sheer emotional hairs on the back of neck stuff Sunday Bloody Sunday did it for me I connected to the song the way I did when I first heard it in Northern Ireland when released .Remembered seeing them in Croke Park doing it in 1985 itsstill a great song .The only problem on the night of Hampden gig was the sound on beginning of Pride and during most of Walk On felt really sorry for the band .They were able to keep going absolutely first class artists who get too much negative vibes from people who Im afraid dont get it .Good luck to U2 for the rest of the tour would love to go again soon they still have it going on and are better than a lot of their young competitors .
